We can generally offer a fast turnaround time, most repairs are carried out within a few hours, but some repairs take longer than others, for replacement parts, and screen replacements we ask that you allow 24-48 hours for the repair. Some complicated repairs such as water damage can take longer as they often require extensive testing, but we do them as quickly as possible and pride ourselves on our excellent turnaround times.
There are plenty of do-it-yourself website’s out there and you can have a go yourself but what happens if the repair doesn’t work? So don’t risk it – send it in to us to have it repaired correctly, the first time!
On the rare occasion we are out of stock of a particular part, our UK based suppliers can provide new stock within 24 hours so your repair will never take longer than 48 hours.
You can easily pop in to the shop in Shepherd’s Bush (right next to Budgens) or if you need to post your device in to us we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. There is no need to send chargers or accessories.

All packages sent out are insured for the current value. If a package is lost, it will be replaced with an identical item, or a refund for the insured amount will be given.
We work on a NO fix a NO fee basis. If your iPad, I Phone cannot be repaired there will be No charge. But if your iPad, I Phone can be repaired and you do not want to proceed a £20 diagnostics fee will apply, we are happy to send your iPad, I Phone back but we will ask you to cover the shipping and admin cost.
If after 90 days we have not received payment, or you have not collected your iPad, iPhone. We will deem it Permanently Abandoned. And dispose of accordingly.
Yes. If your iPad or I Phone is covered by Apple warranty, it will be void when we open it. If you still have warranty you should seek your repair that way first.
We are able to accept payments by: Cash in the shop, debit/ credit card and Paypal.
We strongly recommend that you back up your phone or tablet prior to having it repaired, this way you can be sure that you wont lose anything, we cannot be responsible for the loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances.
